He graduated from the Medical Faculty of Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, Beersheba, where he received a Doctor of Medicine degree, then completed a residency at the Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center and Poria Medical Center and specialized in urology at the Hadassah Ein Kerem University Hospital in Jerusalem.
2005-PhD in Molecular biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Then an internship at the University of Chicago clinic with the study of minimally invasive operations in the field of urological oncology.
Author and co-author of more than 170 scientific articles, author of a patented new tool for prostate biopsy. For achievements in research work, he was awarded the award of the Association of Urologists of Israel 7 times. One of the main consultants of the Israeli Association for Cancer Control in Urology, as well as a lecturer at the Hebrew University.
